In Y2019, PhoSmart Chemicals (Fujian) Limited started to invest Hi-End Organophosphorus Products project (HOP) in Fujian, China. According to the plan, the production will start in Y2022. The purpose of the organization is to develop, manufacture and sell Hi-End organophosphorus products and provide related service in the Chinese and international markets by using know-how, trademark, and sales channels of the organization.
